Client Services

Everything current and prospective clients need in one place: schedule time, take care of payments, sign your agreement, and send documents.

Schedule Time

Book a consultation or a working session online. You will see current availability and receive a calendar confirmation right away. For some appointment types, payment is collected at the time of booking.

Book Online

Scheduling is handled through Calendly. Prefer to arrange a time directly? Call 561-429-2140.

Make a Payment

Pay an invoice, replenish a retainer, or make a payment toward services. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s secure payment page; card details never touch this website. You will receive a receipt by email.

Pay Online

If you received an invoice by email from Stripe, you can also pay directly from the link in that email. Purchasing a Preliminary Evaluation Review (flat fee) is also available here.

Sign Your Retainer Agreement

Engagement and retainer agreements are signed electronically through Adobe Acrobat Sign. Once your engagement is confirmed, you will receive a personal signing link by email; when everyone has signed, a fully executed copy is delivered to you automatically.

Request Your Agreement

Want to review terms before signing? Review copies are available on request, and questions are always welcome before you sign.

Send Documents

Records, reports, and case materials can be sent through a Dropbox file request. Files go directly into a private folder that only Dr. Tolbert can see — other clients’ files are never visible to you, and yours are never visible to them. Large files are fine.

Upload Documents

For engagements through counsel, your attorney may prefer to transmit records directly — either way works.

A Note on How These Services Work

Scheduling, payments, signatures, and file transfer are each handled by an established service built for that purpose — Calendly, Stripe, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Dropbox. When you click a button above, you are taken to that service’s own secure page. This website does not collect or store payment information, signatures, or uploaded files.

New engagements generally begin with a conversation, a signed agreement, and a retainer, in that order. If you are not yet a client, the best first step is to request a consultation.

Scope of Practice: Dr. Tolbert is a licensed psychologist, not an attorney. She is not treating or evaluating anyone in this work; she uses her experience and expertise to help attorneys with the psychological side of a case. She does not give legal advice, does not offer an opinion on who should have custody, and does not take the place of counsel — case strategy and advocacy remain the attorney's. Full Disclaimer
